His first wife (my Grandmother) was Olief Patrick, b. Apr. 23 1868, d. Dec. 26, 1910. Andy and Olief had several ch. I remember Luther, Boyd, John (my father), Nell, Shirley and Lola. Olief is buried at Little Cove Church. Andy m. Sarah E. Headrick some years after my grandmother died. They never had children. The only mention I have of Andy comes from the book entitled "The Connection in East Tennessee". According to this book Henry MYERS, son of John and Jane MYERS (buried in the Myers Cem. In Townsend, TN) and his wife Elizabeth, raised an orphan Andy J. MYERS. This book also states that Andy m. Sarah Headrick and they had no ch. which is true, but a large detail is missing-Andy’s marriage and several ch. with Olief. This part I know for sure, because when I was a child I met most of my aunts and uncles and many of my cousins. I called the authors of this book, but they had no information. Another book, "The Moyer/Myers Family; Ulm, Germany to Sevier County Tennessee", doesn’t mention Andy J. I would be grateful for any assistance anyone could provide.
