Notes

Hugh Lee Downey joined the U. S. Army 28 September 1967 at Nashville, Tennessee, served as Chaplain's Assistant from 23 March 1968 to 19 January 1969 in Vietnam. He received an honorable discharge in September 1970 at Fort Benning, Georgia.
