Notes

Will dated 7 December 1608, probated at Chester 24 January 1609 mentions legacies to wife Elene, three youngest daughters, Elene, Alice and Cecillie, and (if it please his wife) he desired her to leave her share to his son John Prescott. Inventory: 12 January 1608/9: 117 Pounds 2 shillings and 4 pennies.
