The will of Ann Mateer of the Village of Lisburn, written 27 June 1862, probated 4 October 1862, bequeathed her property to her daughters Mary Ann Clark and Margaret I. Mateer who intermarried with Dr. William Mateer. Executor: friend Michael Cocklin. Witnesses: Jacob Eppley, Jacob Barber.

Married at Big Spring Presbyterian Church.
