Married in the 'fall of 1855'.

Lewis Huskey served for three years in Company H, 9th Tennessee Cavalry Volunteer with the Union army during the Civil War. He enlisted at Sevierville, Tennessee 1 Oct 1863 and was discharged 11 Sep 1865 at Knoxville, Tennessee. His personal description at the time of enlistment was: 5 feet 9 inches, complexion - fair, hair - dark and eyes - gray.

They appeared in the 1860 through 1880 Federal Census of Sevier County, Tennessee.

Lewis Huskey is buried in the Hatcher's Cemetery.

SMHS lists birth 13 September 1834 Company E.
