Notes

Isaac and Mary Angeline Trotter were listed in the 1850 Federal Census of Sevier County, Tennessee. There three children in the household at that time: Sarah, age 5; Amos C., age 3; and Daniel W., age 1. In the 1860 Federal Census of Sevier County, Tennessee there were nine children listed in the household: Sarah, age 14; Amos, age 13; Daniel, age 11; Martha, age 9; Malinda, age 7; Emily, age 5; Henry, age 4; Eliza, age 2; and Mary, age 8/12.

Isaac and Mary were again listed in the 1870 Federal Census of Sevier County, Tennessee. They had eleven children listed at home now. They were: Amos C. F., age 23; Martha N., age 19; Malinda J., age 17; Emily C., age 15; Henry B., age 14; Eliza R., age 12; Mary A., age 10; Laura V., age 9; Isaac W., age 7; Amanda M., age 5; and James C., age 3.

Isaac Trotter was buried in the Middle Creek Methodist Church Cemetery.
