Notes

Serving the Union Army during the Civil War, Caleb Eli Trentham enlisted in Company C, First Regiment of Tennessee Light Artillery Battalion.

Their house was in lower Sugarlands, Sevier County, Tennessee.

Their sons Amos, Jim, John, and Harve nade musical instruments.

Buried in Trentham Family Cemetery, Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
